Young Adult Cancer Survivor Resources

At the age of 23, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in December 2007. I received 6 months of chemotherapy, was in remission for 6 months, relapsed + received a Stem Cell Transplant in April 2009. For more on my story, check out this Health Magazine article. I've been working with patients + their families for 10 years. I love sharing this awesome list of resources; I hope you find them helpful. Email me with questions or additions, lauren@chichilifenyc.com :)
